In 2013 Stanislav graduated from the Faculty of Machine-Building Technologies and Equipment of the Moscow State Technological University "Stankin" specializing in computer-graphic modeling.

From 2012 to 2017 he was creating devices for biotechnological and medical experiments in outer space.

Stanislav Petrov was engaged in the design and development of high-tech devices for research on board the ISS.

In addition to the development of those devices, Stanislav Petrov introduced multi-axis processing of parts on machines with SSC and optimized manufacturing processes to reduce production costs.
